This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, spa services, and attentive staff. They even returned my forgotten shower bag during my first stay! I highly recommend enjoying a cocktail by the pool. I'm coming back for a new year.

Had a surprisingly great time with the restaurant on Fridays I didn’t expect live music while we enjoyed our meal it was perfect for a romantic night.

It was a bit pricey but, still manageable.

Unfortunately, maintenance issues were quite frustrating! The lift wasn’t working. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired.

I truly enjoyed my stay at a charming spot with friendly and efficient staff, and it was especially great being just a short walk from the Zócalo, as well as the lovely nearby Parque Melchor Múzquiz where I loved taking leisurely strolls amidst the greenery.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel's walking distance to the museum was a highlight. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Don't miss the breakfast. the omelette was fantastic. The spa services looked nice, too! Perfect for a chill getaway.

The rooftop pool had a heated terrace that let us unwind together, with a drink in hand and fine views all around. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious, especially the local dishes, made us feel special and taken care of.

Enjoyed the pan roasted beef tenderloin, which was a standout dish, and found the bed exceptionally comfortable. However, the service could be slow at times, and the lack of a hairdryer was inconvenient. The pool depth is limited, which might not appeal to everyone, but it's nice for a quick dip.
